The invention discloses a flame-retardant PVC floor and a manufacturing method thereof.The flame-retardant PVC floor comprises a plate body, limiting plates are fixed to the side edges of the plate body, a plurality of exhaust grooves are formed in the plate body and the bottom ends of the front limiting plate and the rear limiting plate at equal intervals, the plate body comprises a PVC wear-resistant layer, a waterproof coating is fixed to the bottom end of the PVC wear-resistant layer, and the waterproof coating is arranged on the bottom end of the PVC wear-resistant layer. A glass fiber layer is fixed to the bottom end of the waterproof coating, a PVC foaming buffer layer is fixed to the bottom end of the glass fiber layer, and a base layer is fixed to the bottom end of the PVC foaming buffer layer. Through cooperation of the PVC wear-resistant layer and the waterproof coating, the overall waterproof effect of the PVC floor is improved, the PVC floor is prevented from being damaged after being soaked in water for a long time, the problem that the waterproof effect of an existing PVC floor is limited is solved, and the service life of the PVC floor is prolonged.
