The invention discloses a two-lock-hole double-opening type electronic lock and a lock bolt assembly. The electronic lock comprises a lock body, a mechanical unlocking part, an electrically-driven unlocking part, a lock bolt assembly and a lock beam, wherein the lock beam is provided with two lock rods parallel to each other; two lock holes are formed in the lock body; at least one pair of lock slots are formed in two lock rods of the lock beam; and one pair of lock slots are adaptive to the lock bolt assembly. Under a state that the two lock rods of the lock beam are inserted into the two lock holes, the two ends of the lock bolt assembly are inserted into one pair of lock slots in a one-to-one mode, so that locking is realized; and under a locked state, the electrically-driven unlockingpart or a mechanical unlocking part drives the two ends of the lock bolt assembly to move, so that the two ends of the lock bolt assembly are separated from one pair of lock slots separately, and therefore, unlocking is realized. The electrically-driven unlocking part or the mechanical unlocking part controls the lock bolt assembly to move, so that the lock bolt assembly is separated from the lockbeam; and the electronic lock has two unlocking ways to avoid the problem that unlocking cannot be achieved as the electronic lock has circuit faults.
