High-water-reducing-property water reducing agent for concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-water-reducing-property water reducing agent for concrete. A formula of the water reducing agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 3000 to 3800 partsof pre-added water, 3000 to 3250 parts of allyl polyoxyethylene ether, 13 to 15 parts of a potassium permanganate solution with a mass percentage concentration of 2.5%, 25 to 27 parts of hydrogen peroxide with a mass percentage concentration of 27.5%, 1892 to 1904 parts of a mixed solution, 45 to 60 parts of sodium hydroxide and 1600 to 1700 parts of post-added water, wherein the pre-added water and the post-added water are clear water; and the mixed solution comprises 7-8 parts of vitamin C, 20-21 parts of a chain transfer agent, 410-420 parts of acrylic acid and 1455 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the pre-added water, and adding allyl polyoxyethylene ether; sequentially adding the potassium permanganate solution and hydrogen peroxide; addingthe mixed solution; adding sodium hydroxide; and adding the post-added water. The concrete prepared by the method is relatively low in cost; and meanwhile, the reduction rate of the concrete can be obviously increased, the wrapping property of the concrete is enhanced, construction difficulty is reduced, construction efficiency is improved, and the water reducing agent is more suitable for high-grade concrete.
本发明公开了一种混凝土用高减水减水剂,按照质量组份的配方如下:前加水3000‑3800份、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚3000‑3250份、2.5%质量百分浓度的高锰酸钾液13‑15份、27.5%质量百分浓度的双氧水25‑27份、混合液1892‑1904份、氢氧化钠45‑60份、后加水1600‑1700份;前加水和后加水均为清水;混合液包括维生素C7‑8份,链转移剂20‑21份,丙烯酸410‑420份,水1455份。制备方法包括以下步骤,加入前加水,加入烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚;将高锰酸钾液和双氧水依次加入;加入混合液;加入氢氧化钠;加入后加水。使用本发明制备的混凝土成本较低;同时也可以较为明显的提高混凝土的减少率,增强混凝土的包裹性,减低施工难度,提升施工效率,更为适合高标号的混凝土。
