The invention discloses a water reducing agent, a preparation method thereof and concrete. The water reducing agent is prepared from the following raw material components: isopentenyl polyoxyethylene ether, acrylic acid, hydrogen peroxide, ascorbic acid, sodium hypophosphite, anhydrous sodium sulfite and oxalic acid; wherein the weight ratio of the isopentenyl polyoxyethylene ether to the acrylic acid to the hydrogen peroxide to the ascorbic acid to the sodium hypophosphite to the anhydrous sodium sulfite to the oxalic acid is 360: (25.2-36): (2-4): (1-4): (3-5): (1-3): (1-3). On one hand, the water reducing agent can maintain heat balance of a reaction system by utilizing heat released by polymerization reaction in the production process, normal-temperature polymerization and low-temperature polymerization are realized, and energy consumption is reduced; and on the other hand, the sensitivity can be reduced through a low acid-ether ratio, so that the water reducing agent has better slump retentivity under the condition of keeping the original high water reducing rate, has better adaptability to other concrete materials of a cement floor material, is easier to slurry, improves the comprehensive performance of the water reducing agent, and meets the on-site concrete adaptation requirements.
本发明公开一种减水剂及其制备方法、以及混凝土,所述减水剂包括以下原料组分:异戊烯基聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸、双氧水、抗坏血酸、次磷酸钠、无水亚硫酸钠以及草酸;其中,所述异戊烯基聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸、双氧水、抗坏血酸、次磷酸钠、无水亚硫酸钠以及草酸的重量比为360:25.2~36:2~4:1~4:3~5:1~3:1~3。本发明减水剂一方面能够在生产过程中通过利用聚合反应释放出来的热量维持反应体系热量平衡,实现常温聚合和低温聚合,减少能源消耗;另一方面,能够通过低酸醚比降低敏感性,使得减水剂能够在保持原有高减水率的情况下,具有更优的坍落度保持性,且对水泥地材的其他混凝土材料适应性更好,更易起浆,提高了减水剂综合性能,使其满足现场混凝土适配需求。
