Permanent magnetic ferrite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of permanent magnetic ferrite materials, in particular to a permanent magnetic ferrite material and a preparation method thereof. The permanent magnetic ferrite material is prepared from a main material, a primary additive, a primary dispersing agent, a secondary dispersing agent and a secondary additive, wherein the main material includes strontium carbonate and iron powder and is based on the chemical formula of SrO.nFe2O3, n = 5.9-6.1; based on the total mass of the main materials, the primary additive is prepared from the following components inpercentage by mass: 0.8 to 1.5 percent of cobalt oxide and 1.2 to 2.3 percent of lanthanum oxide; based on the total mass of the main materials, the secondary additive is prepared from the followingcomponents in percentage by mass: 0.8 to 1.2 percent of CaCO3, 0.3 to 0.8 percent of SiO2, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of SrCO3, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of glucose and 0.1 to 0.3 percent of boric acid. The preparation process conditions are easy to control, steel balls of various specifications are adopted for fine grinding, the fine grinding effect is good, the ball grinding time is effectively shortened, theproduction cost is reduced, and industrialization is easy.
本发明涉及永磁铁氧体材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种永磁铁氧体材料及其制备方法。一种永磁铁氧体材料,由主料、一次添加剂、一次分散剂、二次分散剂和二次添加剂制成;所述主料为碳酸锶和铁粉;所述主料按照以下化学式配料SrO·nFeO,n为5.9~6.1;以主料总质量为基准,所述一次添加剂由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:0.8~1.5%氧化钴和1.2~2.3%氧化镧;以主料总质量为基准,所述二次添加剂由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:0.8~1.2%CaCO,0.3~0.8%SiO,0.2~0.4%SrCO,0.1~0.5%葡萄糖和0.1~0.3%硼酸。本发明制备工艺条件易于控制,采用多种规格钢球细磨,具有较好的细磨效果,有效降低球磨时间,降低生产成本,易于产业化。
