The invention belongs to the technical field of permanent magnetic ferrite materials, and discloses a calcium series permanent magnetic ferrite material and a preparation method thereof. The calcium series permanent magnetic ferrite material is CaASr<1-x-y>Fe<2n-z>Co O<19>, wherein A must comprise La and Y, x is greater than or equal to 0.3 and less than or equal to 0.6, y is greater than or equal to 0.2 and less than or equal to 0.5, z is greater than or equal to 0.25 and less than or equal to 0.45, n is greater than or equal to 4.9 and less than or equal to 5.7, and raw materials are derived from La (OH) 3, Y2O3, Co2O3, Fe2O3, SrCO3 and CaCO3. According to the invention, through graded ball milling, secondary addition of iron red and direct primary addition of lanthanum hydroxide instead of lanthanum oxide, the obtained calcium series permanent magnetic ferrite material obviously improves and enhances the magnetic performance and the magnetic flux density of the working surface of a tile body.
