The invention discloses a steel rail grinding trolley. A trolley rack comprises a middle beam and grinding unit mounting frames which are arranged on the left side and the right side of the middle beam through symmetrical structures and can ascend and descend independently; traction devices are of vertical traction structures, are arranged at the front end and the rear end in the operation direction of the grinding trolley; the traction devices are installed at the bottom of the grinding trolley and are connected with the middle beam; a fireproof and dustproof device is installed on the trolley rack; and grinding units are installed on the grinding unit mounting frames and and arranged in the fireproof and dustproof device; one end of a lifting device is connected to the bottom of the grinding trolley, the other end of the lifting device is connected with the trolley rack; and the trolley rack can be fixed to the bottom of the grinding trolley through a locking device. The traction rodof an existing steel rail grinding trolley is a cable-stayed traction rod, and as a result, the load of the grinding trolley can be reduced, the grinding trolley is likely to fall off rails under extreme conditions, and the grinding trolley can just be lifted overall. With the steel rail grinding trolley adopted, the above problem can be solved.
本发明公开了一种钢轨打磨小车,车架包括中梁,以及采用对称结构布置于中梁的左右两侧,能独立升降的打磨单元安装框架。牵引装置采用竖直牵引结构,并布置于沿打磨小车作业方向的前后两端,牵引装置安装于打磨车的底部,并与中梁连接。防火防尘装置安装于车架上,打磨单元安装于打磨单元安装框架上,并布置于防火防尘装置的内部。提升装置的一端连接至打磨车的底部,另一端与车架连接,打磨小车能通过锁定装置固定于打磨车的底部。本发明能解决现有钢轨打磨小车的牵引杆为斜拉牵引杆,会对打磨小车起到减载作用,极端情况下可能导致打磨小车落轨,且只能进行整体提升的技术问题。
