Method for grinding turnout switch rail through intelligent steel rail grinding trolley
The invention discloses a point rail grinding method of an intelligent steel rail grinding trolley. The line types, reference profiles and actually-measured key section profiles of various turnout switches are pre-stored in a control system of the intelligent steel rail grinding trolley; meanwhile, longitudinal positioning systems consisting of rotary encoders and specular reflection photoelectric switches are respectively arranged at the positions, needing to be positioned, of the trolley and the steel rails; during grinding, the position information of the grinding trolley at the point of the switch rail is determined firstly, then the position information of the grinding trolley in the rail length direction can be obtained in real time according to measurement of an encoder, so that the target profile and actually measured profile section information of the current position of the trolley can be determined in combination with preset information, and profile deviation values of different sections are calculated; therefore, the grinding amount of different sections at different angles can be determined. According to the method, the turnout model is prefabricated, so that the intelligent equipment can conveniently obtain coordinate parameters required by control, and the polishing parameters are controlled.
本发明公开一种钢轨智能打磨小车的尖轨打磨方法,在钢轨智能打磨小车控制系统内预存各型道岔转辙器线型、基准廓形及实测关键断面廓形;同时在小车及钢轨需定位位置上分别安装旋转编码器与镜面反射光电开关组成的纵向定位系统;打磨时,首先确定打磨小车处于尖轨尖端位置信息,随后根据编码器测量可实时获取打磨小车沿轨长方向位置信息,从而结合预设的信息可确定小车当前位置处的目标廓形与实测廓形断面信息,进而计算不同断面的廓形偏差值,以此可以确定不同断面不同角度的打磨量。本发明采用预制道岔型号的方法,可以使智能设备方便的获得控制所需的坐标参数,从而控制打磨参数。
