The invention discloses a large suspension bridge main cable dehumidification and corrosion prevention method, which mainly comprises the following steps of: winding a layer of steel wire on the peripheral surface of a main cable; a layer of polyimide film with a spongy pore structure is wound on the peripheral surface of the steel wire; two layers of polyimide fibers with nanopores are wound on the peripheral surface of the polyimide film; the peripheral surface of the polyimide fiber is covered with a tubular sealing sheath layer which is made of high-density polyethylene and is uniformly distributed with carbon black; and dry air is conveyed into the sealed main cable. By means of the method that the main cable is sealed and dry air is conveyed into the main cable, the anti-corrosion performance of the suspension bridge main cable system is greatly improved, and the service life of the main cable is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种大型悬索桥主缆除湿防腐方法,其主要包括以下步骤:在主缆的外周表面缠绕一层钢丝;在所述钢丝外周表面螺旋缠绕一层含有海绵状孔结构的聚酰亚胺膜;在所述聚酰亚胺膜外周表面缠绕两层具有纳米孔的聚酰亚胺纤维;向所述聚酰亚胺纤维外周表面覆盖一层均匀分布有碳黑的高密度聚乙烯制成的管道状密封护套层;向密封好的主缆内部输送干燥空气。本发明利用密封主缆并向主缆内部输送干燥空气的方法,极大地增强了悬索桥主缆系统的防腐性能,延长了主缆的使用寿命。
