The invention provides a suspension bridge main cable dehumidification system which comprises an air supply part, a dehumidification part and an air supply pipeline, the air supply pipeline is arranged in a main cable and extends in the same direction as the main cable, an exhaust port is formed in the pipe wall of the air supply pipeline, and the air supply part, the dehumidification part and an air inlet of the air supply pipeline are sequentially communicated. Dehumidification gas exhausted by the gas supply part is exhausted into the main cable through the dehumidification part and the gas supply pipeline, so that the dehumidification gas is exhausted outwards from the inside of the main cable. According to the suspension bridge main cable dehumidification system, the main cable can be dehumidified from inside to outside, water vapor in the main cable is discharged out of the main cable, humid air and water outside the main cable are prevented from entering the main cable, the good dehumidification effect is guaranteed, rapid corrosion caused by water stored in the main cable is avoided, the main cable is guaranteed to have good strength, and the service life of the main cable is prolonged.
