The invention relates to an irrigating and draining device at an outlet of a metro station. The device comprises a metro entrance, wherein a groove notch is formed in the right side of the metro entrance, an up-down electrical guide rail is fixedly mounted on a wall body of the back side of the groove notch, a waterproof box is mounted on the front end surface of the up-down electrical guide rail,a storage cavity and an induction chamber are successively arranged up and down in an inner cavity of the waterproof tank, a first connecting rod is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity in the storage cavity, and a second connecting rod is connected to the upper end surface of the first connecting rod through a hinge joint. After the device is mounted as needed, the device can block water automatically on rainy days and place sand bags automatically to reinforce waterproofness. The device further has an automatic draining function and adjusts the size of a water inlet automatically according to water yield of a drain hole, so that more quick drainage is facilitated and a condition that water is poured into the metro as a result of too large water inflow is prevented.

The invention relates to an irrigating and draining device at an outlet of a metro station.
