Construction method for prefabricated assembly type retaining wall of manual hole digging pile
The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) mounting a first ring: digging a circular groove in the ground according to a design position, then placing a first precast block and a second precast block, alternately arranging the first precast block and the second precast block to form a ring shape, then mounting a steel carrying pole on an embedded screw rod at the top of the first precast block, and mounting a second ring on the steel carrying pole; (2) mounting a second-layer ring: continuously excavating a soil body downwards, when the soil body reaches a preset depth, firstly mounting the second prefabricated block, connecting the second prefabricated block with the first prefabricated block on the upper layer through a pre-embedded component, and then, mounting the second prefabricated block on the lower layer through a pre-embedded component; the first prefabricated blocks are inserted between the adjacent second prefabricated blocks from bottom to top, the first prefabricated blocks are connected with the second prefabricated blocks on the upper layer through the pre-buried assemblies, and finally the operation holes are blocked through quick-setting cement (3), and the second step is repeated till all wall protection construction is completed. The retaining wall concrete construction quality is improved, and the safety risk of hole wall collapse of the hole digging pile is reduced.
本发明公开了一种人工挖孔桩预制拼装型护壁的施工方法,包括①首环安装:按照设计位置在地面上开挖圆形沟槽,之后放置第一二预制块,使两者交替排列构成环状,接着,在第一预制块顶部的预埋螺杆上安装钢扁担,并在钢扁担的两端设置方木支垫,通过对第一预制块的紧固使其与第二预制块紧密相接②第二层环安装:继续向下开挖土体,到达预定深度时,首先安装第二预制块,通过预埋组件将其与上层的第一预制块相连,之后,在相邻第二预制块之间由下至上插入第一预制块,通过预埋组件将其与上层的第二预制块相连,最后,用快干水泥封堵操作孔③重复第二步,直至完成全部护壁施工。本发明提高了护壁混凝土施工质量,降低了挖孔桩孔壁坍塌的安全风险。
