The invention discloses a positioning calibration device and method for elevator shaft construction, and belongs to the technical field of elevator shaft construction. The device comprises a laser emitter, a levelness adjustment module and a first telescopic connecting rod. The first telescopic connecting rod is connected with the laser emitter. The laser emitter is connected with one side wall ofan elevator shaft through the first telescopic connecting rod. Laser beams given out by the laser emitter are located on a diagonal on the lower part of the shaft walls of the elevator shaft and areperpendicular to the horizontal surface.
