Masonry structure reinforced by adopting and combining herringbone support single-piece steel frame, steel beams and steel columns and construction method thereof
The invention provides a masonry structure reinforced by adopting and combining a herringbone support single-piece steel frame, steel beams and steel columns and a construction method thereof. The masonry structure comprises an original wall body, the herringbone support single-piece steel frame, connection pieces, the steel beams, the steel columns and column feet; a herringbone support single-piece steel frame structure system is a single-piece two-dimensional steel frame system composed of square steel columns, square steel beams and sway braces; the width of the herringbone support single-piece steel frame is equal to that of the original wall body of a house gable wall of the masonry structure, and the height of the herringbone support single-piece steel frame is equal to that of a multi-layer masonry structure house; and the lower portions of the square steel columns of the herringbone support single-piece steel frame are provided with a reinforced concrete strip foundation, bolts are embedded in the reinforced concrete strip foundation, and the reinforced concrete strip foundation is connected and fixed with the column feet of the herringbone support single-piece steel framethrough bolts. Through the masonry structure, during an earthquake, wall cracking and wall collapsing can be effectively restrained, the structural integrity is improved, and damage of earthquake force to the wall body is reduced.
本发明提出了一种采用人字支撑单片钢架、钢梁及钢柱组合加固砌体结构及其施工方法,包括原墙体、人字支撑单片钢架、连接件、钢梁、钢柱、柱脚;所述人字支撑单片钢架结构体系由方钢柱、方钢梁以及斜支撑组成的单片二维钢架体系;所述人字支撑单片钢架的宽度同砌体结构房屋山墙原墙体的宽度,高度同多层砌体结构房屋的高度;所述人字支撑单片钢架的方钢柱下设置钢筋混凝土条形基础,且筋混凝土条形基础中预埋螺栓,与人字支撑单片钢架的柱脚采用螺栓连接固定。地震时本发明将能有效地约束墙体裂缝及墙体外闪而塌落,并增强结构整体性,减少地震力对墙体造成破坏。
