The invention discloses a high-fiber-content prefabricated part and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of metal-based inorganic wear-resistant materials. The high-fiber-content prefabricated part is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10 to 70 parts of aggregate, 10 to 40 parts of mixed fine powder and 10 to 40 parts of reinforced fibers. According to the high-fiber-content prefabricated part and the preparation method thereof, the prepared prefabricated part is formed by filling reinforced fibers which serves as a matrix with an inorganic refractory material with high refractoriness through vibration forming and high-temperature sintering, and has the advantages of excellent ultrahigh wear resistance, erosion resistance, thermal shock resistance and the like; a finished product is obtained after the prefabricated part is subjected to burdening, mixing, vibration forming and drying firing; the prepared prefabricated part contains highfibers, so the strength of the prefabricated part is guaranteed; and the product is applicable to various high-temperature wear-resisting parts of a kiln and can guarantee the strength needed by theprefabricated part.
