The invention belongs to the technical field of spiral stair prefabricated part preparation, and discloses a spiral stair prefabricated part preparation method which is applied to prefabricating equipment and comprises the following preparation processes that S1, a steel bar frame is laid in a mold assembly, the mold assembly is rotated to be vertical, and an execution assembly is put down; s2, concrete pouring equipment is utilized, concrete is poured into the mold assembly through an execution assembly, the height of the concrete can reach the interior of a height judgment assembly along with increase of the height of the concrete in the mold assembly, the height judgment assembly is triggered, and the interior of the mold assembly can be filled at the moment; and S3, the pouring box and the straight and flat screen plate are moved, and the straight and flat screen plate is moved to the position above the mold assembly. By means of the design, it can be guaranteed that after concrete pouring is completed, the radian to which the concrete in the fixed formwork and the movable formwork moves relative to the tops of the fixed formwork and the movable formwork is kept, and the problem that the radian is different after forming due to active leveling of the concrete is solved.
