The invention relates to a cement fly-ash gravel (CFG) pile composite foundation construction process. The process comprises the steps of site excavation; pile point marking; drilling operation; pouring pile forming; and pile top composite treatment, wherein the step of pile point marking comprises the sub-steps that the position of a pile is determined and positioned; and drilling is performed bymeans of a pile point positioning tool, and white ash is poured into a drilled hole so as to mark the pile point position. The CFG pile composite foundation construction process provided by the invention has the effects that the situation that white ash is directly paved and spread on a soil layer and is prone to being washed away by rainwater or a marked pile point fails to be found after soil above a marked pile point is removed, and the pile point position needs to be re-positioned is improved, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
