The invention relates to the technical field of railway construction, and discloses a cement fly-ash gravel pile construction method. The method comprises the following steps: step I, leveling the ground surface; step II, performing pile position measuring and setting out; step III, enabling a drilling machine to be in position: wherein the drilling machine is perpendicular to the ground of a pileposition, and the center of a drill bit is aligned with the center of the pile position; step IV, performing drilling to form a hole; step V, pouring a mixture: stuffing the mixture into a drill rod,performing concurrent treatment of lifting the drill rod and pumping, pouring and drilling the mixture into the drill rod by adopting a concrete pump, performing vibration tamping on a preset position, and pulling the drill rod out of the ground after pouring is finished, so as to obtain the CFG pile of a formed pile, wherein the pipe pulling speed of the drill rod is 2-3m/min, and the pile diameter is greater than or equal to the designed pile diameter; step VI, moving the position of the drilling machine to the next pile position; step VII, performing pile head protection; and step VIII, performing pile head treatment and pile cap construction. The problems that an existing railway soft foundation construction method is low in technical performance and poor in economic effect are solved.
本发明涉及铁路施工技术领域,公开了一种水泥粉煤灰碎石桩施工方法。该方法包括:步骤一、地表整平;步骤二、桩位测量放样;步骤三、钻机就位:钻具垂直于桩位的地面,钻头的中心对准桩位的中心;步骤四、钻进成孔;步骤五、灌注混合料:对钻杆的内部进行混合料充填,采用混凝土泵对钻杆的内部进行提拔钻杆和和混合料泵压灌注钻孔的并行处理,对预设位置进行振动捣固,灌注完成后将钻杆拔出地面得到成桩的CFG桩,其中,钻杆的拔管速度为2~3m/min,且桩径大于或等于设计桩径;步骤六、桩机移位;步骤七、桩头保护;步骤八、桩头处理和桩帽施工。本发明解决了现有的铁路软地基施工方法所存在的技术性能较低和经济效果较差的问题。
