Steel pipe column accurate positioning and verticality adjusting method and device
The invention relates to a steel pipe column accurate positioning and verticality adjusting method and device. The device comprises a base, stand columns, upper and lower layers of horizontal supportsand upper and lower layers of longitudinal supports. An upper-layer platform and a lower-layer platform are each provided with three installation seats which are evenly distributed at the angle interval of 120 degrees, jacks are installed on the three installation seats correspondingly, movable limiting steel plates are arranged at the front ends of the three installation seats, the two sides ofthe upper-layer platform are each provided with a bubble horizontal level, hydraulic adjustable support seats are installed on the lower portions of the four stand columns, and the lower portions of the hydraulic adjustable support seats are connected with foundation bases. The horizontal condition of a steel support is observed by the bubble level, and the hydraulic adjustable support seats are used for rapidly and accurately leveling the steel support; the movable limiting steel plates are arranged so as to more accurately limit a steel pipe column in the center of a design coordinate, and the micro-adjustment difficulty of the jacks in the later period is reduced; the prefabricated concrete foundation bases are placed on the ground on the two sides of a pile hole, a stable operation plane is provided for fixing of the steel support, and the foundation bases and the verticality adjusting steel support can be reused. Installation of the steel pipe column is faster and more accurate.
本发明涉及一种钢管柱精准定位调垂方法及装置,包括基座、立柱、上下层横支架、上下层纵支架,上层平台和下层平台上分别设有均布成120度角的三个安装座,三个安装座上均安装有千斤顶,三个安装座前端设有活动式限位钢板,上层平台两侧分别设有1个气泡水平仪,四支立柱下部安装有液压可调支座,液压可调支座的下部与基座连接。通过气泡水平仪来观测钢支架的水平情况,再用液压可调支座来快速准确对钢支架进行调平;设有活动式限位钢板,更精准地把钢管柱限位在设计坐标中心,降低了后期千斤顶微调的难度;在桩孔两侧的地面上放置预制混凝土基座,给钢支架的固定提供一个稳定的作业平面,基座与也调垂钢支架可以重复使用。钢管柱的安装更加快捷精准。
