The invention relates to a positioning steel plate and a verticality adjusting frame. The positioning steel plate comprises a steel plate main body and a limiting bulge, wherein the steel plate main body is provided with a pile casing hole; the limiting bulge is arranged on the steel plate main body and extends along the direction far away from the steel plate main body; the limiting bulge is provided with a positioning hole; and the extending direction of the positioning hole is vertical to the extending direction of the limiting bulge. The positioning steel plate is adopted to provide support and reference for positioning of a steel upright post, so that the positioning accuracy is ensured and the accuracy of one post and one pile is improved. In addition, the positioning steel plate can be used for multiple times, so that the utilization rate of materials is improved and the requirement of green construction is met. The verticality adjusting frame adopting the positioning steel plate has high verticality adjusting accuracy and is convenient to operate.
