The rotational flow guide strips are annularly arranged in a spaced manner around the center of the cover body. A drainage groove is formed between every two adjacent rotational flow guide strips. A slope is formed on the upper surface ofeach rotational flow guide strip from the placement edge to the center part in a descending manner. Compared with the prior art, because the rotational flow guide strips are arranged, accumulated water can form eddies on the water surface when passing through the manhole cover to warn vehicle drivers and passengers, and in other words, the manhole cover can prompt people to avoid the area of the manhole cover.
