The assembly-type ardealite-concrete combined wallboard comprises a concrete frameand a precast concrete ground beam; frame beam steel bars are buried in a top beam and a bottom beam of the concrete frame correspondingly, frame column steel bars are buried in two column beams of the concrete frame correspondingly, the bottom ends of the frame column steel bars further stretch out of the bottom beam of the concrete frame, and the concrete frame is filled with an ardealite-basedcomposite gel filler; a groove with the inner surface being a rough surface is formed in the precast concrete ground beam, and steel cylinders are pre-buried in the groove; the frame column steel barsstretching out of the bottom beam of the concrete frame can be inserted into the pre-buried steel cylinders arranged corresponding to the frame column steel bars, and at the moment, part of the bottom beam of the concrete frame sinks into the groove; and the groove is filled up with cast-in-place self-compacting concrete after part of the bottom beam of the concrete frame sinks into the groove. The assembly-type ardealite-concrete combined wallboard and the preparation and assembly methods have the characteristics that vertical connection is stable, the overall anti-seismic property is good,construction is convenient, and standardization is easy.
本发明公开了一种装配式磷石膏‑混凝土组合墙板及制备、装配方法。包括混凝土框架和预制混凝土地梁;所述的混凝土框架的顶梁、底梁内均埋有框架梁钢筋,混凝土框架的两柱梁内均埋有框架柱钢筋,框架柱钢筋的底端还伸出混凝土框架的底梁,混凝土框架内填充有磷石膏基复合胶凝填料;所述的预制混凝土地梁上设有内表面为粗糙面的凹槽,凹槽内设有预埋钢筒;伸出混凝土框架底梁的框架柱钢筋能插入与之对应设置的预埋钢筒内,此时混凝土框架底梁部分沉入凹槽内;所述的凹槽在混凝土框架底梁部分沉入其内后被现浇自密实混凝土填平。本发明具有竖向连接稳定,整体抗震性能好、施工方面,易于标准化的特点。
