Preparation method of ultralight fiber sponge modified ardealite thermal insulation wallboard
The invention discloses a preparation method of an ultralight fiber sponge modified ardealite thermal insulation wallboard, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing polysulfone and a polyurethane material, dissolving in a mixed solvent of N,N-dimethylacetamide and acetone, then adding a blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent, stirring, then placing the obtained mixed solution in an injector for electrostatic spinning, during electrostatic spinning, taking a metal roller covered with a rotary polypropylene non-woven fabric as a receiver, placing the prepared material in a drying oven to be treated, and thus obtaining the ultralight fiber sponge material of a fluffy structure; and pretreating ardealite, drying the pretreated ardealite by an airflow dryer to obtain ardealite powder, uniformly mixing and stirring the ardealite powder, fly ash, the ultralight fiber sponge material, cement, paper pulp and water to obtain slurry, placing the slurry in a mold for compression molding, demolding, and drying to obtain the thermal insulation wallboard. The wallboard prepared by the method not only has good thermal insulation performance, but also has excellent mechanical properties.
本发明公开了一种超轻纤维海绵改性的磷石膏保温墙板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将聚砜、聚氨酯材料粉碎后溶解于N,N‑二甲基乙酰胺、丙酮的混合溶剂中,然后加入封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂,搅拌处理,之后将得到的混合溶液置于注射器内静电纺丝,静电纺丝时采用旋转的聚丙烯非织造布覆盖的金属辊作为接收器,制得的材料置于烘箱内进行处理,得到具有蓬松结构的超轻纤维海绵材料;磷石膏进行预处理后再经气流干燥机烘干制得磷石膏粉,将磷石膏粉、粉煤灰、超轻纤维海绵材料、水泥,纸浆,水混合搅拌均匀制成料浆,将料浆置于模具内压制成型,脱模后烘干,制得保温墙板。本发明制得的墙板不仅保温性能好,且力学性能佳。
