The invention discloses a supporting base used for fixing a floorboard. The supporting base is composed of fixed seats and screw rods. Each fixed seat comprises a plurality of screw holes and a plurality of locating columns. The locating columns are symmetrically mounted on the fixed seats. Each locating column comprises a head and a screw, and the screw extends downwards from the bottom surface of the head and is used for being screwed into the corresponding screw hole. The width of the bottom surface of each head is greater than the diameter of the screw.
