The invention discloses a supporting base for a clean room. The supporting base comprises at least one supporting column and a supporting plate erected on the supporting column. The supporting plate comprises an upper layer and a lower layer, wherein the upper layer is a reinforced concrete layer, and the lower layer comprises at least one supporting structure layer; the supporting structure layer is composed of an upper steel pipe set layer and a lower steel pipe set layer which are arranged in a staggered mode, and the upper steel pipe set layer and the lower steel pipe set layer are each formed by fixedly connecting a plurality of adjacent steel pipes; and at least one connecting steel plate is arranged on the periphery of the side face of the supporting plate, and the connecting steel plates correspond to the supporting columns in position in a one-to-one mode. The supporting base is particularly suitable for the occasion that the elevated floor is high (the height of the elevated floor ranges from 1500mm to 3600mm), good supporting can be guaranteed, rigidity in three directions is guaranteed, and high-quality micro-vibration quality is moved to a high position to be used.
