The construction method comprises the following steps that cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, fine sand and super absorbent resin are correspondingly screened through a vibrating screen; the screened raw material is subjected to magnetic suction screening through a magnetic separator; the screened raw material is transported to a stirring workshop; the screened raw material is mixed with water and stirred in a stirrer to obtain slurry; the inner surface of a mold is coated with a separant, and the slurry is poured into the mold; the mold is installed and clamped in vibration equipment for full vibration, and the mold is detached from the vibration equipment; and after concrete is condensed, water drying curing is started.
