The invention discloses a separated regenerated flexible base material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of pavement materials. The separated regenerated flexible base material comprises the raw materials in parts by weight: 65 to 75 parts of a coarse aggregate, 25 to 35 parts of a fine aggregate, 3 to 5 parts of mineral powder, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of matrix asphalt, 3 to 5 parts of rock asphalt and self-healing microcapsules of which the weight is 3 to 5% that of the asphalt. According to the separated regenerated flexible base material, the rock asphalt and the self-healing microcapsules are simultaneously used in the raw materials, so that the rut resistance and the crack resistance of the flexible base material can be effectively improved, the cracking in the operation process is reduced, and the durability of a pavement is improved. The preparation method can be used for mixing the raw materials according to the required gradation, and is simple andeasy to operate.
