The invention relates to the technical field of magnetic materials, and particularly discloses a regenerated magnetic material and a preparation method thereof. The regenerated magnetic material is prepared by sintering a regenerated green body, the formula of the regenerated green body comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110-130 parts of mixing water, 3.8-4.2 parts of a water reducing agent, 1400-1800 parts of regenerated magnetic aggregate and 280-320 parts of cement, and the regenerated magnetic aggregate is prepared by crushing a waste magnetic material. According to the method, the cement hydration product is used for bonding and fixing the regenerated magnetic aggregate to obtain the regenerated green body, and the regenerated magnetic material is obtained through calcination, so that the strength performance of the magnetic material is improved, and the recycling of the waste magnetic material is realized.
