Quick-setting 3D printing cement-based material and application thereof
The invention discloses a quick-setting 3D printing cement-based material and an application thereof, and is characterized in that the quick-setting 3D printing cement-based material comprises the following components in parts by mass: OPC cement, SAC cement, sand, water, a water reducing agent, a volume stabilizer and lithium carbonate; the volume stabilizer comprises a thixotropic agent and a thickening agent, the thixotropic agent is organic bentonite, the thickening agent is polyacrylic latex, and the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylate water reducing agent. The quick-setting 3D printing cement-based material has the following beneficial effects: 1) compared with single OPC cement or SAC cement, the quick-setting 3D printing cement-based material has the setting time and mechanical properties both improved to a certain extent; and the fluidity, the extrudability, the visible formability and the like all meet the standard of 3D printing; 2) compared with the preparation of a 3D printing material by completely adopting SAC cement, the quick-setting 3D printing cement-based material has the advantages that the mixing amount of the SAC cement is less, the economic cost is greatly reduced; and 3) the practicability is good, and the strength loss rate of a printing test piece is less than 15% when the 3D printing test piece prepared according to the formula is compared witha pouring molding test piece with the same mixing ratio.
本发明公开了一种速凝3D打印水泥基材料及应用,其特点是按质量份数计,包括如下成分:OPC水泥、SAC水泥、砂、水、减水剂、体积稳定剂、碳酸锂;体积稳定剂包括触变剂和增稠剂,触变剂为有机膨润土,增稠剂为聚丙烯酸乳胶,减水剂为聚羧酸高效减水剂。本发明的有益效果是:1)在对比单一的OPC水泥或者SAC水泥性能时,凝结时间以及力学性能都有一定的提高;并且流动性、挤出性、可见造性等都符合了3D打印的标准;2)对比于完全采用SAC水泥来制备3D打印材料,本发明SAC水泥的掺量较少,经济成本大大降低;3)实用性好,根据配方制备的3D打印试件与用同样配合比的浇筑成型试件做对比,打印试件的强度损失率小于15%。
