The invention provides a quick-setting cement-based repairing material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of repairing materials. The quick-setting cement-based repairing material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 10 to 60 percent of cement, 0.5 to 10 percent of silica fume, 1.5 to 10 percent of viscosity-reducing microbeads, 1 to 15 percent of steel slag powder, 25 to 65 percent of aggregate, 1 to 30 percent of quick-setting early strength agent, 0.1 to 1.0 percent of calcium oxide, 0.05 to 3.0 percent of adhesive, 0.03 to 4.0 percent of fiber, 0.01 to 0.15 percent of defoaming agent and 0.05 to 3.0 percent of water reducing agent. The quick-setting cement-based repairing material provided by the invention is novel repairing mortar which has the cohesiveness of a high polymer material and the durability of an inorganic material, not only can effectively overcome the defects that sulphoaluminate cement is short in setting time and easy to shrink, but also has the characteristics of quick setting, early strength, high bonding strength, strong durability, good wear resistance, low shrinkage, cracking resistance and the like.
