The invention provides a method for manufacturing cloisonne enamel on a ceramic body and a purple sand body. The method comprises the steps that S1, coating and sintering high-temperature sintering silver paste; S2, adhering a silver wire pattern; S3, coating the high-temperature sintering silver paste again, and welding wires and sintering the product; S4, applying glaze and firing the enamel; S5, grinding and polishing the product; S6, performing gold plating treatment. The limitation that in a traditional cloisonne enamel manufacturing process, only a red copper sheet and a red copper skincan be used for manufacturing a blank is broken through; the process for manufacturing the cloisonne enamel on the non-metal ceramic body and the purple sand body becomes possible. The product prepared by the method is widely applied to decorative artware, arts and crafts, building decoration materials, home decoration and kitchen and bath devices, and has the advantages of strong decoration, attractive appearance and durability.
