The invention discloses a building ceramic tile with a cloisonne enamel effect and a preparation method of the building ceramic tile, and relates to the technical field of building ceramic tiles. The ceramic tile sequentially comprises a green body layer, a cover glaze layer, a pattern layer, a glue layer, a dry particle layer and a transparent color-emitting glaze layer from bottom to top, the pattern layer is formed by printing a cloisonne enamel pattern file on the cover glaze layer by using a digital ink jet machine; according to the glue layer, digital glue is printed on the surface of the blank body layer after the patterns are printed in an ink-jet mode through a glue dry particle machine, and a file for printing the glue is a file which is manufactured by printing a cloisonne enamel pattern file through a digital ink-jet machine and has the metal flashing and sinking effects. It is ensured that the digital glue printing position and the cloisonne enamel pattern printed by the digital ink jet machine are completely matched and overlapped; the dry particle layer is coated with golden dry particles and/or colored dry particles. The problem that an existing ceramic tile is single in pattern and metal effect is solved, the regional metal and glittering effect can be achieved according to pattern requirement positioning, and the cloisonne enamel effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种具有掐丝珐琅效果的建筑陶瓷砖及其制备方法,涉及建筑陶瓷砖技术领域。本发明陶瓷砖从下而上依次包括坯体层、面釉层、图案层、胶水层、干粒层、透明发色釉层;图案层是用数码喷墨机在面釉层上打印掐丝珐琅图案文件;胶水层是在喷墨打印图案后的坯体层表面用胶水干粒机打印数码胶水,打印胶水的文件是利用数码喷墨机打印掐丝珐琅图案文件制作出来的具有金属闪光和下陷效果的文件,通过精准对位,确保数码胶水打印的位置与数码喷墨机打印掐丝珐琅图案完全吻合重叠;干粒层涂布的是金色干粒和/或有色干粒。本发明解决了现有瓷砖图案及金属效果单一的问题,可以根据图案的要求定位实现区域性金属和闪光效果,实现具有掐丝珐琅效果。
