Intumescent fluid loss agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an intumescent fluid loss agent which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, 3-13 parts of acrylamide, 1-5 parts of acrylic acid, 2-13 parts of ethylene glycol, 2-13 parts of N-vinyl pyrrolidone, 0.1-0.5 part of an initiator and 70-110 parts of water. The invention also provides a corresponding preparation method. According to the invention, by adding a fluid loss agent prepared by graft copolymerization of monomers such as 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, acrylamide, acrylic acid and the like and N-vinyl pyrrolidone and ethylene glycol into a cement paste system, the relative expansion rate of the cement paste system in 48 hours is 0.4%-3.2%, and the water loss is controlled within 50 ml. It shows that the fluid loss agent disclosed by the invention not only can well control the water loss of a cement paste system, but also improves the expansibility of cement paste; the performance of the fluid loss agent is far superior to that of a fluid loss agent on a common market, and the well cementation cost is reduced; raw materials of the fluid loss agent are easily available, and the fluid loss agent is simple to synthesize and easy to popularize and use.
本发明公开一种膨胀型降失水剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:2‑丙烯酰胺基‑2‑甲基丙磺酸20‑40份、丙烯酰胺3‑13份、丙烯酸1‑5份、乙二醇2‑13份、N‑乙烯基吡咯烷酮2‑13份、引发剂0.1‑0.5份、水70‑110份。同时提供其相应的制备方法。本发明将2‑丙烯酰胺基‑2‑甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸等单体与N‑乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙二醇接枝共聚制得的降失水剂,加入水泥浆体系中,使其48h相对膨胀率为0.4%‑3.2%,失水量控制在50ml以内,由此可见,本发明的降失水剂不仅能够很好控制水泥浆体系的失水量,还提高了水泥浆的膨胀性,性能远优于普通市场上降失水剂,降低了固井成本;本发明的降失水剂原料易得、合成简单,易于推广使用。
