High-temperature-resistant fluid loss agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, and discloses a high-temperature-resistant fluid loss agent and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature-resistant fluid loss agentcomprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of acrylamide, 2-8 parts of a formaldehyde solvent, 3-7 parts of sodium hydrogen sulfite, 2-6 parts of sodium hydroxide, 2-5 parts of acetone and 5-10 parts of distilled water. According to the invention, a product obtained after polymerization of acrylamide (DMAM) with sodium 3-allyloxy-2-hydroxy propanesulfonate (AHPS), 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and N,N-dimethylformamide is selected; the AHPS and AMPS have rigid side groups, so steric hindrance can be effectively increased, and the rigidity of molecular chains is improved; as for the DMAM, two active hydrogen atoms on an amide group are substituted by a methyl group, so the amide group can be prevented from being hydrolyzed under the conditionsof high temperature and saline water; and a trace amount of N,N-methylene bisacrylamide is added as a cross-linking agent, so a polymer generates a micro-crosslinking structure, and thus, movement ofa molecular chain is hindered by chemical bonds among molecules and the heat resistance of the polymer is improved.
本发明涉及建筑技术领域,且公开了了一种抗高温降失水剂及制备方法,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:丙烯酰胺15‑30份、甲醛溶剂2‑8份、亚硫酸氢钠3‑7份、氢氧化钠2‑6份、丙酮2‑5份以及蒸馏水5‑10份,通过丙烯酰胺选用3‑烯丙基氧基‑2‑羟基丙磺酸钠(AHPS)、2‑丙烯酰胺基‑2‑甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N,N‑二甲基内烯酰胺与丙烯酰胺(DMAM)进行聚合后的产物,AHPS和AMPS具有刚性侧基,能有效的增加空间位阻,提高分子链的刚性,DMAM由于酰胺基团上两个活泼的氢被甲基取代,可阻止酰胺基团在高温、盐水条件下水解、加入微量的N,N‑亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作为交联剂,使聚合物产生微交联结构,分子间的化学键阻碍了分子链的运动,提高了聚合物的耐热性。
