The invention discloses an alloy steel rail leg and a small-radius rhombic turnout formed by welding three materials. Each alloy steel rail leg comprises abrasion-resistant alloy steel located on theupper portion and a low alloy steel base located on the lower portion. The wear-resistant alloy steel is welded on the top surface of the low alloy steel base; the alloy steel rail legs extend in therunning direction of a vehicle. The cross section of the wear-resisting alloy steel is larger than that of a steel rail on a line. Rail leg rail grooves matched with the fork point rail grooves are formed in the top of the abrasion-resistant alloy steel in the same direction, the ends of the alloy steel rail legs are connected to a fork center or a steel rail or another alloy steel rail leg, the fork center and the steel rail are welded to the ends of the alloy steel rail legs, and a gap is reserved between the connected alloy steel rail legs. The material performance, the mass and the sectionof the alloy steel rail leg are all larger than those of a light rail so that the structural strength of the small-radius turnout in the part is obviously enhanced, the alloy steel rail leg is heavyin self weight, impact can be effectively resisted, and it is guaranteed that abrasion of the turnout is low.
