One end of the first-class steel rail leg is welded to an inner side notch of the fork point rail groove, and one end of the second-class steel rail leg is welded to an outer side notch of the fork point rail groove. The connecting piece is connected to the other ends of the two adjacent first-class steel rail legs; and the steel rail strips are connected to the other ends of the adjacent single second-class steel rail legs. Due to the fact that the section of the steel rail leg is large, deformation quantity generated in the length direction due to thermal expansion and cold contraction is reduced, steel rail seams can be reduced, and the influence of extreme climate on the steel rail leg is small.
本发明公开了一种耐极端气候的菱形道岔,涉及铁路钢轨的技术领域,包括叉心、钢轨腿、连接件及钢轨条,叉心设有四个并呈菱形分布,叉心的顶部设有“/”型的叉心轨槽;钢轨腿设有四组并对应分布于各个叉心的四周,每组钢轨腿设有四个并对应连接于叉心轨槽的各个槽口处,钢轨腿的顶部设有与叉心轨槽相匹配的轨腿轨槽,钢轨腿包括一类钢轨腿和二类钢轨腿,一类钢轨腿的一端焊接于叉心轨槽的内侧槽口,二类钢轨腿的一端焊接于叉心轨槽的外侧槽口;连接件连接于相邻两个一类钢轨腿的另一端;钢轨条连接于相邻单个二类钢轨腿的另一端。本发明由于钢轨腿截面较大,热胀冷缩在长度方向上产生的形变量减少,钢轨轨缝就可以减小,受极端气候影响较小。
