The feeding device is used for adding an asphalt material into the pit gap; the amount of the added asphalt material can be controlled; the rolling assembly is used for flattening the asphalt material in the pit gap; the device is characterized inthat the detection unit comprises a lifting rod; a detection tail end is arranged at the tail end of the lifting rod; an air cavity is formed in the detection tail end, a plurality of vertical channels extending from the air cavity to the exterior of the detection bottom face are further formed in the detection tail end, an insertion rod is arranged in each vertical channel, the lengths of the insertion rods are the same, the tail ends of the insertion rods can move in the vertical channels when being stressed, and fixing lugs are further arranged at the two ends of the detection tail end.
