The invention discloses a waterproof and drainage structure of a corrugated steel web prestress combined box girder bridge, whichcomprisesa beam bridge body. The beam bridge body comprises corrugatedsteel webs, a top plate and a bottom plate. The two sides of the top plate extend outwards to form flange plates located on the outer sides of the corrugated steel webs respectively. The top face of each flange plate is sequentially provided with an anti-collision guardrail and a sidewalk from inside to outside distributed in the long axis direction of the girder bridge body. A bridge floor layerlocated between the anti-collision guardrails is laid on the top face of the top plate. In each flange plate, the bottom of the anti-collision guardrail is provided with a drainage channel communicated with the bridge floor layer, the sidewalk is provided with a drainage channel, the bottom face of each flange plate is provided with a drainage pipe located on the outer side of the sidewalk, and the drainage pipes are distributed in the long axis direction of the girder bridge body and communicated with the drainage channel and the drainage channel respectively. The drainage pipes are arrangedon the outer sides of the corresponding sidewalks, so that the drainage pipes can be far away from the corrugated steel webs, and the risk that the drainage pipes leak water to pollute the corrugatedsteel webs is reduced.
