The invention provides a corrugated steel web prestress combined box girder bridge which comprises a concrete bottom plate, a fixing frame and a concrete top plate and further comprises a supporting assembly and a beam connecting assembly. The supporting assembly comprises an adjusting component slidably connected to the outer wall of the fixing frame, an adjusting screw rotationally connected to the inner wall of the fixing frame and a web part clamped between the concrete bottom plate and the concrete top plate. The web part comprises a supporting frame rotationally connected to the supporting ends of the two sets of adjusting components, corrugated webs detachably connected to the multiple supporting ends of the supporting frame and auxiliary webs detachably connected to the side walls of the corrugated webs through two sets of connecting parts. The web part is not required to be fixed through an external scaffold, the convenience of construction is increased, the stability of the structure is improved, the method is suitable for assembly of combined box girder bridges with different widths, effective support can be provided for a concrete top plate and a concrete bottom plate, the combined corrugated web is convenient to mount and transport, and the construction efficiency is improved.
