The invention discloses a bridge structure accumulated dragging and pushing construction mechanism and a construction method thereof. The mechanism comprises a temporary pier supporting system which is installed in the longitudinal direction of a bridge and spans two sides of a main pier of the bridge; a slideway beam which is arranged on the main pier and the temporary pier supporting system in the longitudinal direction of the bridge; a continuous traction assembly which comprises a dragging jack, a jack reaction frame, an inhaul cable and a sliding block, wherein the dragging jack is fixedly installed at the front end of the slideway beam in the longitudinal direction of the bridge through the jack reaction frame, and the sliding block is arranged on the slideway beam in a sliding modeand connected to the moving end of the dragging jack through the inhaul cable; a vertical pushing assembly which is used for vertically pushing the bridge and is mounted on the slideway beam and the temporary pier supporting system; and a plurality of base plates which are arranged between the main pier and the bridge in a cushioning manner after the bridge is dragged and pushed in place. The problems of long cushion block transferring time, high labor cost, high risk and the like in the incremental launching construction of the bridge with the continuously changed bottom surface gradient aresolved.
