Height limiting device for constructional engineering
The invention discloses a height limiting device for constructional engineering. The height limiting device comprises two supporting columns and a hand wheel, mounting grooves are formed in the two supporting columns; the inner walls of the top and the bottom of each mounting groove are rotationally connected with a same threaded rod, a connecting groove is formed in the outer wall of one side ofthe mounting groove, a sliding block is rotationally connected to the circumferential outer wall of the threaded rod through a thread, a fixing block is mounted on the outer wall of one side of the sliding block; and rotating shafts are rotationally connected to the outer walls of the opposite sides of the two fixing blocks. In the present invention, a connecting shell, a placing block, a telescopic spring and an infrared distance sensor are arranged on a height limiting stop block; passing vehicles can be detected, when the height exceeds a set numerical value after a certain distance away from the passing vehicles, an infrared distance sensor can receive signals, then a controller controls a loudspeaker and a camera to be turned on, the passing vehicles are warned not to pass, the heightlimiting stop block is prevented from being damaged, the service life of the height limiting device is prolonged, and the use safety of the height limiting device is improved.
本发明公开了一种建筑工程用限高装置,包括两个支撑柱和手轮,两个所述支撑柱内部均开设有安装槽,且安装槽顶部和底部内壁转动连接有同一个螺纹杆,安装槽一侧外壁开设有连接槽,所述螺纹杆圆周外壁通过螺纹转动连接有滑动块,且滑动块一侧外壁安装有固定块,两个所述固定块相对的一侧外壁均转动连接有旋转轴。本发明中,通过设置有限高挡块上的连接壳体、放置块、伸缩弹簧和红外距离传感器,能够对来往的车辆进行检测,当距离一定距离后高度超过设定的数值时,红外距离传感器会接收到信号,然后控制器控制报扬声器和摄像头开启,来对过往的车辆进行警示不用通过,避免损坏限高挡块,提高了装置的使用寿命和使用安全性。
