The air extraction sleeve gravel pile composite foundation is composed of air extraction sleeve gravel piles and vacuum pre-compressed soil among the piles; each air extraction sleeve gravel pile is composed of a pile body water permeable sleeve system, gravel and a pile cap, and thepile body water permeable sleeve system is formed by inserting a holed steel wire plastic sleeve into a pile body air extraction system; the holed steel wire plastic sleeve are connected through sleeve joints; and the pile body air extraction systems are formed by connecting water permeable pile tips with vertical air extraction pipes.
