The invention discloses a channel steel frame for building engineering construction, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The channel steel frame comprises two pieces of vertical channel steel and two pieces of transverse channel steel; a channel steel fastener is mounted at the top end of each piece of the vertical channel steel, and the top ends of the channel steel fasteners are connected with the waists of the two pieces of transverse channel steel; and the channel steel fasteners each comprise two symmetrical folding plates, and inserting grooves are fixed to the bottom ends of the folding plates and matched with notches in the two sides of the top ends of the two pieces of vertical channel steel, wherein the two inserting grooves and the two folding plates areconnected through fastening bolts, limiting frames are connected to the opposite outer sides of the two folding plates in an inserted mode correspondingly, and the top ends and the bottom ends of thelimiting frames are matched with the two ends of the fastening bolts in a clamped-connection mode correspondingly. The two sides of the bottom of each piece of transverse channel steel are clamped through the two corresponding symmetrical folding plates, then the inserting grooves in the bottoms of the two folding plates are inserted into the two sides of the top end of the corresponding piece ofvertical channel steel, fastening is conducted through the fastening bolts, stability of the channel steel frame is ensured, and meanwhile recovery of the channel steel is convenient.
