The production process comprises the following steps that S1, a high-quality steel profile is selected, a profile with a cavity is prepared through melting, the profile is cut by using a cutting saw, and punching is carried out through milling drain holes to obtain a door and window base material; S2, a side-hung door and window plate obtained in the S1 is subjected to manual groove milling, and then a hardware hole is drilled through a glass drilling machine; and S3, hardware fittings are installed in the hardware holes of semi-finished side-hung doors and windows obtained in the S2. The production process is high in production efficiency, and the production process is greatly simplified.
