The invention discloses a door and window aluminum profile which comprises a mounting frame body and a door and window frame body mounted in the mounting frame body. The mounting frame body comprises a fixing frame, a cavity is formed in the fixing frame, a partition plate which is of an integrated structure with the fixing frame is fixedly mounted in the cavity, and a sound insulation assembly and a heat preservation assembly are mounted in the cavity in a separated mode through the partition plate. The sound insulation assembly and the heat preservation assembly are installed through the two cavities divided by the partition plate in the fixing frame and can be more stable in the using process, and through the sound insulation assembly and the heat preservation assembly, the effective sound insulation effect and the effective heat preservation effect can be effectively provided after the door and window aluminum profile is installed; and two groups of symmetrically arranged glass clamping grooves are formed in the sliding frame in a matched manner to clamp tempered glass, and meanwhile, inert gas is filled in the sliding frame, so that heat and noise transmission can be effectively reduced in the using process.
