The method comprises the following steps: (1), mixing zirconia powder, conductive powder, a titanium source, a carbonsource and an additive to obtain a mixture; mixing the mixture with a binding agent and a liquid medium to form a slurry, and carrying out ball milling in a ball milling tank or grinding in a sand mill; (2), drying the ground slurry, performing sieving and granulating to obtain granulated powder; (3), putting the granulated powder into a mold, and carrying out compression molding to prepare a ceramic green body; (4), drying a ceramic green body; and (5), sintering the dried green body, and carrying out high-temperature reaction sintering to obtain the black conductive zirconia ceramic. The zirconia ceramic provided by the invention has excellent conductivity, has the characteristic of structure and function integration, and has the broad practical prospects in the fields of intelligent wearing and electronic products.
