According to the invention, the oxide raw material is directly refined to be less than 200nm by adopting a ball milling technology, only a proper amount of deionized water and a dispersing agent are needed in the preparation process, the introduction of acid radical ions is avoided, the energy consumption is low, the production efficiency is high, the method is safe and pollution-free, and the development requirements of new material preparation in the future are met; in addition, the zirconia ceramic provided by the invention has excellent mechanical properties and optical properties.
