The invention discloses a plate-truss jointed assembly type segmental beam and an assembly method thereof. The segmental beam comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and a web; the web comprises a steelplate, a steel pipe fixedly connected with the front side face and the rear side face of the steel plate, a first flange plate fixedly connected with the top of the steel plate and the top of the steel pipe, and a second flange plate fixedly connected with the bottom of the steel plate and the bottom of the steel pipe. The left end of the steel plate is located on the left side of the left end ofthe first flange plate and the left side of the left end of the second flange plate. The right end of the steel plate is located on the left side of the right end of the first flange plate and the left side of the right end of the second flange plate. The top plate and the bottom plate can be prefabricated in different places or outside a construction site; convenient construction and rapid installation are achieved, steel plates and steel pipes are welded to form the steel webs, the forms and sizes of the webs of the adjacent sections of the beam are consistent, batch manufacturing is facilitated, the longitudinal splicing form is adopted for the adjacent sections of the beam, construction is easy, convenient, rapid and efficient, and meanwhile the overall stability and shear resistanceof the beam can be greatly improved through web welding.
