The invention provides a bridge deck slab rotating system and a mounting method. The system comprises a pulley block I, a rotary hook and winches; at least three winches are arranged, and the winchesare respectively a winch I, a winch II and a winch III; the winch I is connected with the pulley block I; the winch I is fixedly arranged on a bridge above the bridge surface of an approach bridge; the winch I is connected with the pulley block I through a steel wire rope; the pulley block I is connected with a lifting belt I in the bridge deck slab lifting center through a rotary lifting hook; and the winch II and the winch III are used for pulling the bridge deck slab to horizontally rotate. According to the invention, horizontal rotation, short-distance transverse movement and short-distance longitudinal movement of the bridge deck slab can be achieved; the lifting belt I is connected with the pulley block I through a rotary lifting hook and matches the winch II and the winch III to pull the bridge deck slab to realize horizontal rotation of the bridge deck slab; the lengths of a lifting belt II and a lifting belt III can be adjusted by winding and unwinding steel wire ropes of thewinch II and the winch III, and short-distance transverse movement of the bridge deck slab is achieved; and lifting and lowering of the bridge deck slab can be achieved by winding and unwinding the steel wire ropes of the winch I.
