Bridge deck slab mounting process based on mobile platform
The invention discloses a bridge deck slab mounting process based on a movable platform. The bridge deck slab mounting process comprises the following steps that firstly, a bridge deck slab at a bridge abutment is mounted through an under-bridge crawler crane; secondly, a movable platform is installed on a steel beam of a pier according to the design requirement, the movable platform has the function of moving in the longitudinal bridge direction, and the whole transverse bridge direction is transversely covered with the lifting range, located on the movable platform, of the crawler crane; thirdly, the crawler crane moves to the movable platform, and a bridge deck slab in the corresponding range is installed in the lifting range of the crawler crane; fourthly, after the crawler crane completes installation work of the bridge deck at the current position, the movable platform is longitudinally moved to the next position, and installation work of the bridge deck at the next position continues to be completed through the crawler crane; and fifthly, the third step and the fourth step are repeated till installation of all the bridge deck slabs is completed. According to the installation process, the risk that the bridge deck directly participates in stress and cracks is avoided, meanwhile, the investment of large hoisting equipment is reduced, the construction cost is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于移动式平台桥面板安装工艺,包括如下步骤:步骤一、通过桥下履带吊安装桥台处桥面板;步骤二、根据设计要求在桥墩的钢梁上安装移动式平台,其具有沿纵桥向移动的功能,履带吊位于移动式平台上的吊幅范围在横向上覆盖整个横桥向;步骤三、履带吊移动至移动式平台上,并在其吊幅范围内安装对应范围的桥面板;步骤四、履带吊完成当前位置的桥面板安装工作后,纵向移动移动式平台至下一位置,继续通过履带吊完成下一位置的桥面板安装工作;步骤五、重复上述步骤三和步骤四,直至完成所有桥面板的安装。本发明的安装工艺避免了桥面板直接参与受力导致开裂的风险,同时减少了大型起重设备的投入,节省施工成本,加快了施工效率。
